Attila tried to save the abomination that was Rome 2 by adding all these features that was already in Medieval 2. Medieval 2 is a definition of a true total war game where every feature that you wanted from a historical themed game is there. No dlc's to pay so you can play your favourite factions aside from Kingdoms expansion which was pretty good so it was worth the pay.
Medieval 2 had everything in it in a single package. Rome 2 on the other hand is a total ♥♥♥♥ before emperor 13 patches later edition came. Dont get me wrong Attila is pretty good but not as good as Medieval 2 or Shogun 2.
